Norovirus Spillage Kits are the complete solution for dealing with body spillages. Based on Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide technology Norovirus Spillage kits are fully effective against pathogens such as MRSA, Hepatitis C and the norovirus.
The unique, award winning active ingredient Oxivir is a highly concentrated disinfectant detergent with excellent bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal activity. Oxivir is suitable for use on most acid resistant washable surfaces and fabrics.
Norovirus Spill Kits are ideal for dealing with contaminated body spillages, controlling pathogen outbreaks and cleaning high risk infection areas.Safe for users and patients Oxivir is not classified as corrosive, irritant or harmful and has a lower environmental impact than comparable hard surface disinfectants.  Oxivir is non-staining, perfume and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) free, biodegradable, leaves no active residues and is wool-safe.
Norovirus Spillage Kit Contents/Description
A complete Norovirus Spill Kit consists of a yellow case containing two spillage packs, designed to be mounted in high risk areas. Each pack contains:
- disposable nitrile gloves
- disposable face mask
- disposable scoop/scraper
- disposable biohazard bag
- 100ml spray bottle Oxivir
- 40g high absorbency granules
- disposable paper towels
- disposable apron and tie wraps
 Packs are completely disposable to eliminate the risk of contamination - everything is sealed in the bio-hazard bag after use, prior to disposal through the appropriate waste channel.
Packs are available separately and can be used to refill the case.
Oxivir Spray
The active ingredient of the Norovirus Spillage Kit is also available in 750ml spray bottles for use mainly in hard surface disinfection and cleaning operations.
Standards Compliant
Oxivir has been tested at HYGCEN and MikroLab GmbH, the accredited test institutes in Hamburg and Bremen, according to the most recent European Standards (ENNorms). All GV Health spillage packs and kits meet the highest standards for cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention specified by the World Health Organisation, the UK Health and Safety Executive and Department of Health.
