GV Health Nominated for Africa Healthcare Awards

GV Health has been nominated in two categories at the 2017 Africa Healthcare Awards in recognition of its contribution to infection prevention during the Ebola Crisis.The nominations are for:

  • Outstanding Contribution to Africa
  • Solution of the Year

The 2017 nomination follows the GV Health winning the award for Export Achievement at the 2016 Africa Healthcare Awards.

The Africa Healthcare Awards were established to reward excellence and achievements in the field of African healthcare provision and to recognise new international solutions and technologies that have the potential to create positive change in Africa. The awards are judged by an expert panel of high profile, independent judges made up of senior managers from African hospitals, ministries of health, healthcare providers, NGO’s and leading African distributors.

The awards ceremony takes place during the Africa Healthcare Summit, the largest African healthcare event to take place in Europe. Now in its 4th year, the Africa Healthcare Summit is held in partnership with the Africa Healthcare Federation and brings together hundreds of senior personnel from health ministries, hospitals, healthcare providers, NGOs medical device manufacturers and distributors from across Africa and around the world.

The awards ceremony will take place at the end of day one of the Africa Healthcare Summit 2017 on the February 14th, 2017.
